2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AED and include/exclude VAT as indicated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders and bookings are confirmed only after full payment via our online payment system.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Salon & Gym Packages / Event Bookings: Bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled unless stated otherwise in the service description. Some vendors may allow partial refunds; check specific terms for each service.
Products (Mobiles & Groceries): Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, returns follow our Return Policy.

4. Delivery & Service Fulfilment

Products: Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Services: Service providers will honour bookings as scheduled. We are not liable for changes made by the vendor beyond our control.

5. Warranty & Service Guarantee

Products: Covered under manufacturer or seller warranty, unless stated otherwise. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
Services: Any complaints about service quality must be reported within [X] hours/days of the booking. We will assist in resolving issues with the vendor but do not guarantee outcomes.

6. Returns & Refunds

Products: Returns are accepted only if items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed according to our Return Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

We act as a platform connecting customers with products and service providers. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any issues caused by third-party service providers.

8. User Responsibility

Users must provide accurate information during registration and booking/purchase. Misuse of the platform or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or cancellation of orders/bookings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the UAE jurisdiction.
