Condition for Return: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For groceries, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or expired upon delivery.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product is returned and inspected. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the vendor allows it, as stated on the service page.
